At the 7th CEE Quality Awards Ceremony, Colliers International Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) team was awarded two significant prizes for overall performance throughout 2009. The prizes were for CEE Capital Markets Agency of the Year and CEE Industrial & Logistics Agency of the Year. Prizes were received at the gala dinner held in the Warsaw Royal Castle (Kubicki Arcades).

Colliers International CEE includes the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Ukraine. According to 2009 market data, Colliers CEE transacted over €470 million in investment volume and facilitated industrial leasing transactions of 389,550 sq. m. in the region.

The above results make Colliers International CEE the leading real estate consultancy in these sectors in the region in 2009, in terms of market share. The total investment market share of Colliers International CEE was 37%; industrial & logistics market share was 46% considering all deals involving the participation of a real estate agency firm.
